On a ray of light...

Spring.
Do you know that feeling?
When after long cold freezing winter you feel that first warm ray of sun on your face, and everything inside seems to melt down...
When you rise up your head because you want to see the world around you...
When you feel that special smell in the air, smell of ground touched by warmth, smell of a promise. Smell of hope. Smell of something new to begin.
When you open your eyes wider to see if there is a physical sign of what your heart senses...
When you want to sing aloud a song that your heart is singing...
This is what I've started to feel. It was long and cold winter. There is still a bit of ice in my heart. And I am only waiting for the sun to melt it down completely. So that I can say "suddenly I see"...
These days the sun is shining and there is something special... the trees are touched by the painter's brush with green colour!!! I need that green colour like green hope. Like the promise of blue sky over my head and no more rain.
I can feel the spring. It is beginning. New beginning. After times of snow and ice and cold, after winter coats and caps and kilometres of scarf around my neck, I can put my trainers, my jacket and just run and jump. I can stay in the middle of the night and watch the sky for more then 2 minutes. I feel the warm wind on my face and it makes me smile just like that.
Spring. Simple as that :)
